big room helpful staff sound isolation parking area
the big room was a plus for me. it had everything i needed and was very clean. the staff was helpful. they provided recommendations for dining that were great.
the sound isolation was deficient. there was much noise from cars and people passing by on the street and it was impossible to sleep. i looked for a hotel with parking, but the filters did not work and it was very complicated to find parking in the area.

the hotel provided excellent assistance with travel directions and local recommendations. the staff readily helped with luggage. the breakfast selection included fresh fruit. the room was quite spacious and noticeably soundproofed

fresh water helpful staff
the staff was very helpful, especially with storing our bags until our room was ready (a thoughtful touch!). we also enjoyed the complimentary water bottle in the room each day, a small but appreciated amenity.
the room faced the street, so there was some noise at night.
